NU-FORM 6″ Support Belt White,  2-5/8″ x 3-1/8″ OPENING X-LARGE – (fits girth of between 104 to 119cm)  1bx

1. Apply pouching system as usual.  2.  Gently pull the entire pouch (not wafer or tabs) through the belt ring opening.  Pouch should lay flat.  3. Wrap the belt around the body and fasten the velcro.   4.  You should be able to slip a couple of fingers under the belt easily when fastened correcly.
